The terms presented at the time of purchase or contained in your applicable written client agreement will govern your purchase.

8. COACHING AND CLIENT AGREEMENTS

Certain coaching and consulting services require a separate agreement between the client and Success & Clarity.

That agreement may establish specific expectations regarding attendance, participation, completion of agreed activities, communication, payment, cancellation, termination, confidentiality, and other aspects of the coaching relationship.

Where a separate agreement has been signed, its specific terms govern the services covered by that agreement.

Your existing coaching agreement expressly places responsibility for creating results with the client and requires clients to fulfil agreed participation and payment obligations. This website provision is intentionally broader so that it does not replace or contradict those engagement-specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all content available through this website and Success & Clarity products, programs, and services is owned by or licensed to Success & Clarity and/or Suzanne Longstreet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
